How it works
Tell us about the job with the quote form, a call or a text. We come by for a site visit, Monday to Saturday between 8 am and 8 pm, then send a written, itemized quote with a timeline. No work starts until you approve it. HW Contracting is a London, Ontario renovation contractor, fully insured, with more than ten years of hands on trade experience.
Common questions
Do I need a permit to finish my basement in London?
Often, yes. Most basement finishing projects in Ontario need a building permit, especially when walls, plumbing or electrical are added. We go over this at the site visit so you know what applies to your project.
Can you finish only part of the basement?
Yes. Many homeowners finish one room or one side and leave the rest for storage and mechanical.
Can you add a bathroom in the basement?
Yes. We build basement bathrooms and bring in a licensed plumber and electrician for the rough in and connections.
